- Seoul government article dated 2021-02-17 gives daily 09:30–17:30 with Mondays closed, but it is not confirmed as current. Registered dogs only, admitted with owner. Owners must bring a leash and waste bags. Dangerous breeds, sick, unregistered and dogs in heat not allowed. Smoking, alcohol and food banned. Owners aged 13 or older; under-13 children must be accompanied by an adult. Owners liable for accidents. Small/medium dog zone (under 40 cm or 15 kg) and large dog zone are separate. Closed in winter and in rain per earlier Seoul notices.
